What is BHO.DV?

Question

I have allowed iResearchPanel to install on my PC at home but have received a report from STOPzilla that BHO.DV has been detected.  The report lists this "infection" as being located in C:\program files\iresearchpanel\bho.dll and rates its severity as high.
I also have Avast! home edition installed and it has not reported this problem.
Is this something that is a problem for my computer?
