How do I restore files after virus removal?

Question

I removed Windows restore Virus and then tried to open files, I had to got to tools and click unhide to see them but not all came back. Some files say there empty yet.
Any Ideas on retriving the rest of my files?
I was going to try system restore to early date but I cant open because acceriories file does not show up under All program files.

Try starting system restore from the command prompt:
