What's wrong when this message pops up everytime I do somethingon my laptop -

Question

One message is: DirectSearchFrame.iniy:Unable to get value of the property"Get Reg":object is null or undefined.
The other message is: DirectSearchFrame.TBO-IE:Access Denied.
    Both messages pop up at every point of working on comp.     When I X out of one ,the next pops up ..................
